We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a team-based approach who is comfortable working in a studious office environment, with the ability to take responsibility for accuracy and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

• Working closely with and supporting the trade mark attorneys in the team

• Case management

• Corresponding with clients and responding to case-related queries by email or over the telephone

• Using a case management and document capture system to maintain file contents electronically

• Preparing outgoing correspondence

• Preparing invoices and letters

• Completing official trade mark forms

• Handling incoming and outgoing emails including accurate filing of emails to dedicated cases

• Checking and proofreading documents

The ideal candidate needs:

• Ideally 2 years or more of trade mark administration experience within a professional office.

• CITMA qualified

• An interest in brands and client service

• Flexible towards changes and ability to adapt to ensure the smooth and efficient service to the team

• Good standards of written and spoken English with very strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

• Good organisational and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn

• Competence with MS Word and Outlook
