Key Responsibilities (this list is non exhaustive)

  • UK, French and German payroll administration (processing multiple salary changes, bonuses, unpaid leave, and family friendly leave for colleagues as well as run various reports)
  • Benefits administration. Manage any changes for employees and coordinate with payroll)
  • Systems management. Maintain all employee records via the HRIS, ADP.
  • Pension administrator. Updating new starters and leavers, complete yearly reviews etc.
  • HLK Academy administrator. Coordinate the semester schedules for our internal training programme.
  • MI Reporting. This role is the point of contact for MI reporting as well as any other ad hoc reports.
  • Manage the HR inbox. Respond to or assign incoming queries from any of the 200+ colleagues across 5 offices.
  • Delegate work to the HR Administrator, overseeing their responsibilities such as the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Responsible for records maintenance for the entire employee life cycle. I.e., delegating contracts to HR Administrator, sending out employee letters etc.
  • Supporting the Head of HR on any ad hoc projects.

Person Specification

  • You must be a self-starter
  • Demonstrable HR and payroll administration experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and adept on IT systems
  • Knowledge of the professional services environment is preferred but not essential
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • An aptitude for learning and be able to show initiative
  • Able to demonstrate resilience and working well under pressure
  • GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in Mathematics and English (A-Levels and a degree would be an advantage).
