What will you be doing?

• Supporting the case managers as well as organising day-to-day office activities.

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

• Taking care of the telephone switchboard

• Storing and processing communication and correspondence on our patent management systems

• Preparation of business letters

• Preparatory bookkeeping

Experience in a law firm field is an advantage.
