Key Responsibilities (this list is non exhaustive)

  • Recruitment: Manage graduated recruitment and support other recruitment processes i.e., interview materials and organisation, issuing behavioural analysis tests, diary management etc. Co-ordinating the Careers inbox, monitoring queries and action where required.
  • Employee Engagement: you will be responsible for managing our much-loved internal wellbeing programme.
  • Onboarding: Be responsible for the process, including collating HR Induction paperwork for new employees.
  • 1st line support: Assisting with employee queries from across five sites. Co-ordinating the HR inbox – monitoring queries daily and responding to actions as required
  • Systems: Develop as our HRIS system super user
  • Learning & Development: Assisting with logistic arrangements of training sessions, events and initiatives.
  • Administration: Assisting with general copying, filing, archiving of documents as required and ensuring the maintenance of employee records, providing complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects
  • Absence: Tracking and reporting on employee absenc

Person Specification

  • You must be a self-starter
  • Demonstrable HR administration experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and adept on IT systems
  • Knowledge of the professional services environment is preferred but not essential
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • An aptitude for learning and be able to show initiative
  • Able to demonstrate resilience and working well under pressure
  • GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in Mathematics and English (A-Levels and a degree would be an advantage).
