We are looking for a qualified IP Litigation Solicitor (non-contentious experience would be a bonus) at Senior Associate or Associate level to join our busy and growing legal team – you would join our vibrant firm of 8 IP specialists solicitors and +80 attorneys, paralegals, and trainees across our offices in the UK and Munich. The work level from our existing clients is increasing substantially and the successful applicant can expect the work to be high profile and cutting-edge.

The ideal candidate will be:

• 6-10 years post qualified

• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and client-focused

• Determined to provide a cost-effective solutions-based service

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills combined with an eye for detail

• Capable of both working as part of the team and working autonomously

• With sound experience of IP litigation, ideally both soft and hard

• Experience of non-contentious IP would be an added advantage

• Intellectually strong with relevant private practice or in-house experience
